Their members brought an incredible lineup of RC airplanes, gave live demonstrations, and taught students how radio control systems work—from transmitters to servos to the science of stable flight.

The students then rotated through five hands‑on stations, each one packed with discovery and fun:

Flying RC helicopters and learning how small control inputs change flight
Experimenting with radio signal interference to see how communication affects control
Becoming the controller and servo in the Human RC Challenge
Trying out the RC flight simulator and practicing smooth takeoffs and landings
Building balsa airplanes—and yes, some could even pull off barrel rolls

The excitement in the room was contagious. Thank you to MCP families, the Tri‑City Radio Control Modellers, and all the students who brought curiosity, teamwork, and big smiles. Days like this show just how inspiring aviation can be for young learners.
